PA24-28-3DP / PA24-28-3DP-PP

The PA24-28-3DP and PA24-28-3DP-PP are part of our DIP to PLCC Emulator Adapter series, built to convert 24-pin DIP devices to a 28-pin PLCC footprint. This version features precise wiring that skips pins 5, 10, 21, and 22, making it compatible with specific devices that leave these positions unused.

These adapters are available in two socket configurations:

  • PA24-28-3DP (ZIF socket):
    Ideal for development, emulation, and testing environments where frequent IC changes are required.

  • PA24-28-3DP-PP (LIF socket):
    Designed for cost-effective and stable installation in production or field applications.

Each DIP to PLCC Emulator Adapter in this series shares the same electrical mapping and board layout. The ZIF version uses a removable lever-actuated socket mounted into the LIF base.
