The PA24-28-5DP and PA24-28-5DP-PP are part of our DIP to PLCC Emulator Adapter series, designed to convert 24-pin DIP devices into a 28-pin PLCC footprint. This version is uniquely wired to skip pins 1, 10, 15, and 21, making it a perfect match for devices that omit these PLCC positions.

Offered in two socket formats to fit different use cases:

• ZIF Socket (PA24-28-5DP):
  Ideal for prototyping and lab environments where ICs are frequently swapped.

• LIF Socket (PA24-28-5DP-PP):
  Great for permanent or production installations where stability and cost-efficiency are key.

Both versions maintain the same footprint and wiring layout, and include 0.018″ round DIP pins for reliable through-hole mounting.
