The PA24-28-2DP and PA24-28-2DP-PP are part of our DIP to PLCC Emulator Adapter product family, engineered to convert 24-pin DIP devices to a 28-pin PLCC footprint. This version is wired to skip pins 1, 8, 15, and 22, aligning with specific ICs that leave these PLCC positions unused.

This adapter is offered in two socket types:

• ZIF Socket (PA24-28-2DP):
  Best for development and lab environments where frequent IC swapping is required.

• LIF Socket (PA24-28-2DP-PP):
  Designed for reliable, cost-efficient installation in production systems or long-term applications.

Each DIP to PLCC Emulator Adapter in this series includes 0.018″ round DIP pins for compatibility with standard through-hole sockets, and both versions share identical wiring and footprint.
